Double Decker Halloween Cookies

As I was searching for more last minute recipes that I could make for my Halloween Party I was curious to see the frightfully fun things that people have already made. I thought that this was one of the most remarkable things I found because these cookies involved placing a smaller Halloween themed vanilla cookie on top of a larger decorated chocolate cookie to make one spooktacular Halloween cookie.
